Personal Sessions
I offer individualized, one-on-one yoga sessions designed to support people in reconnecting with their bodies in ways that feel safe, empowering, and affirming. This may look like creating personalized yoga videos to send personally to you after an initial meeting, or it could look like in person-or virtual gatherings.
These personalized offerings may integrate trauma-aware and embodiment-centered practices, supporting individuals navigating mental health symptoms, heavy emotions such as grief, or experiences of religious trauma. I also offer affirming, queer-centered embodiment practices that honor diverse identities and expressions, creating space for authenticity and self-trust.
Sessions can include mindful movement, breathwork, somatic awareness, rest, and gentle inquiry, always guided by consent, choice, and adaptability. The focus is on listening to the body, cultivating resilience, and fostering a compassionate relationship with yourself—rather than achieving a specific pose or outcome.
This work is collaborative and client-led, meeting you where you are on any given day. While these sessions are not a replacement for therapy or medical care, they can be a supportive complement to other healing and wellness practices.
These offerings may be supportive for those seeking:
Trauma-aware, body-centered yoga
Support navigating grief or intense emotions
Personalized support in reconnecting with the wild world (and inner child)
Building Yoga Offerings that are sensitive to Neurodiversity
Gentle practices for managing stress or mental health symptoms
Burnout and Compassion Fatigue Support and Prevention
Healing from religious trauma through embodiment
Queer-affirming, identity-honoring yoga spaces
